How far in advance should I book?
We recommend booking at least 8–12 weeks before your travel date for best availability. For peak seasons (Christmas, summer, cherry blossom in Japan), 4–6 months ahead is ideal.
Can I customise a package?
Absolutely — every package is a starting point, not a fixed itinerary. Your consultant will tailor it to your schedule, interests, dietary requirements, and budget.
What's your cancellation policy?
We offer free cancellation up to 30 days before departure. Between 30 and 14 days, a 25% fee applies. Cancellations inside 14 days are non-refundable, though our premium insurance can cover this.
Do you offer group discounts?
Yes! Groups of 8+ receive a 10% discount, and groups of 15+ receive 15% off. Corporate and incentive travel groups should contact us directly for bespoke rates.
Is travel insurance included?
Basic travel insurance is included in all Voyager and Luxe packages. Explorer packages can add it for a small additional fee. Premium insurance (cancel-for-any-reason cover) is available as an add-on.
